of measuring change in an acupuncture point. The practitioner places a test substance into a measuring circuit and monitors any changes. The patient is required to hold a hand-held electrode, using an acupuncture point at the end of a finger or toe, an ampule derived from an organ in the body is used as a diagnostic indicator. |
